NEW, AMSTERDAM, OFFICES

In 2010 construction of the Piet Hein Buildings started. These buildings are located between the Passagiers Terminal Amsterdam (PTA) and the Ahold head office, along the Piet Heinkade. 
The project consists of three interconnected office buildings, with a total surface of 30.200 m2, on a shared plinth. A bus terminal of 4.000 m2 and a two-storey, underground, semi-public parking garage of 13.000 m2 are located in the substructure.
This project was designed by Hans van Heeswijk Architects and Dick van Gameren. Piet Hein Buildings is located directly along the IJ, close to the central station of Amsterdam.
