Imagine, Parkstad Zuid

In Parkstad zuid, the construction of the project "IMAGINE" has begun; a new building for plot K3 in the south of Rotterdam. The project will be located at the corner of the Laan op Zuid and the 2e Rosestraat and consists of a new residential building with two residential towers with a total of 295 residences and a parking garage. Of those residences, there will be 287 apartments and 8 city houses. (Part of) the plinth of the residential towers will be reserved for commercial and social functions.
The new building will consist of 3 parts: a residential tower of maximally 50 meter high, a residential tower of maximally 50 meter high and an intermediate section with a maximum height of 22 meter.

The project will also have a court yard for its residents. The court yard can be used as an extra 'green' living room, to meet and relax. The parking garage has a private area for residents only and a public area with space for a total of 134 cars.

Clarissenhof phase 2 Tilburg

Clarissenhof phase 2 in Tilburg has been started in 2019 and consists of low-rise and high-rise residential tower of 120 meter located at the Burgemeester Stekelenburgplein, near Tilburg central station. A total of approximately 250 rental and owner-occupied apartments will be built. The apartments have a high-quality finish and all necessary services and facilities are within walking distance.

Style Outlets

The former industrial estate of Sugar City in Halfweg, near Amsterdam, has been redeveloped into a new outlet centre. The centre has an area of approximately 18.000 m² and houses some 150 shops. About 1.000 m² has been reserved for recreation and restaurants, with terraces, passages, gardens and a child-friendly playground. It also offers parking space to 1950 cars, 1450 in a parking garage and 500 at the Sugar City terrain.
